The Homecare Association's Disclosure Service enables employers to complete criminal record checks on potential employees. Our UK wide service is available to all organisations that are required to check the suitability of workers providing care to children or vulnerable adults, a legal requirement in the UK. Our relationship with the Disclosure and Barring Service allows us to securely transfer applications electronically through their e-Bulk System. This provides a faster turnaround on applications, soon to be enhanced with our launch of our Online Disclosure Application process.
