David’s early career was in research, marketing and strategy, at the Henley Centre, WPP, Brann and the Future Foundation. As a director of Age Concern Enterprises, he developed financial services for older people, sparking a long-term interest in elderly care. Like many, David was driven to start Windrush Care by the poor experience of trying to find care for his own father.
Windrush Care, established in 2015, is focussed on the self-pay market in Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.
David is a board member of the Gloucestershire Care Providers Association and previously on the Homecare Association board. He is also the current Sheriff of the City of London.
