I have 40years of experience working in both clinical and managerial roles across NHS, Care Home, Homecare, Out of Hours and Clinical Governance. As the Managing Director of The Good Care Group, my focus was on continuing to deliver a service that enabled people to live well at home. In my current role as the Director of Nursing and Care my focus remains on driving improved outcomes for all our clients.
Rajiv Tanna is the co-founder and CPO (Chief Product Officer) of birdie, the leading home healthcare tech platform helping the care community deliver better quality, more personalised care at home through an all-in-one solution. On a mission to reinvent care, birdie believes the elder generation should have vibrant and happy lives as they age in their own home.
At birdie Rajiv, leads the teams that work hand in hand with partners to really understand their pains and collaboratively build solutions. Previously, Rajiv has over 15 years of experience working across product management and data science at some of the leading tech companies in the UK such as Asos & WorldPay. His passion for improving care stems from first-hand-experience helping his parents run their care home business over the last 30 years.
