Conference Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Please note: We are unable to offer refunds for Conference tickets, unless the event is cancelled by the organisation.

2. Full details of the venue and times of the event will be sent with confirmation of your place.

3. Substitute delegates are acceptable. Notification of substitution should be sent in writing to [email protected] at least one week before the event.

4. Late arrivals to the event will not receive any refund or part-refund.

5. In the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers, liability will be restricted to the refund of fees paid.
