Accessing NHS and Care Volunteer Responders for the people you support
The NHS and Care Volunteer Responders programme provides domiciliary care providers with readily available, appropriately checked volunteers to provide additional support to your clients.
Register now to join us at 10:00am on the 7th December for an online workshop that will provide you with information about the free to use Volunteer Responders programme, the volunteer support available to your clients that could compliment the help you provide, and how to make a referral.
Volunteer Responders can currently support with things like; friendly phone calls, picking up and delivering prescriptions, and shopping - with new roles being piloted soon.
