Routes Healthcare celebrates the launch of Routes Academy

Routes Academy is designed to offer a full scope of support and training to workers in the Healthcare sector. The academy includes an enhanced Care Cadet programme, which encourages people who want to work in healthcare but have no training or experience to “get their foot in the door” with full training and support to earn their Care Certificate.

The academy also opens a range of pathways for people looking to further their healthcare career, discover new skills and interests, and fully open the range of opportunities. From delivering a range of services such as Enhanced Homecare, End of Life Care and Complex/Clinical care, to taking on Mentor Roles or stepping into Leadership.

With dedicated Trainers with years of experience and Nurses to deliver clinical training, Routes Academy aims to inspire people with the possibilities of working in the health & social care sector.
