Published ratings expected to go ahead in Wales in April 2025
Following consultation, the Welsh Government have announced that they intend to go ahead with legislative changes that will enable Care Inspectorate Wales to begin publishing ratings for inspected services from April 2025 as planned. Providers will need to display their ratings in their office (unless the office is inaccessible to the public) and on their website.
This follows a 'silent ratings' trial and a review of this, including discussion with providers.
