Prestige Nursing & Care Norwich awarded Top 20 Home Care Provider Award

Prestige have been a provider of homecare in Norfolk for 20 years now and continue to support people with a wide variety of care and support needs from blocks of 6 hours a day to provision of 24/7 support at home.

A significant amount of the work we undertake is supporting people who are at the end of life and wish to stay at home with their family in this final phase. Being recognised for exceptional skill in this area and the qualities that our care team have, is what has supported us to achieve this award. This is a very tough time for families and their loved ones, our carers have to be resilient, patient, respectful and person centred every time they set foot in the door. We also support people who have acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, Learning Disabilities and other complex needs which means our Professional Carers have a breadth of skill and expertise that they apply to regularly changing situations. Our Complex Care Nurse supports carers to enhance their skills with training in clinical interventions such as PEG feeding, support with oxygen, Stoma and Catheter care and rescue medications for Epilepsy. Members of both our Branch and Carer teams have been here for over 15 years which is a testament to the positive company culture we have embedded here.  

To receive a Top 20 Home Care Provider award feels like one of the best accolades we could aspire to achieve. The reviews come direct from the people we support and their families and we have maintained our 10/10 score for many months now, being only 1 of 2 providers in Norfolk recognised in this Top 20.
