NHS Standard Contract 2025/26 consultation

Providers of continuing healthcare services, community services, mental health and learning disability services that are partly or wholly funded by the NHS may be interested in the revision of the NHS Standard Contract. This sets out the contractual basis that ICBs operate under for healthcare services.

The consultation on the contract revision is open until 28 April 2025.
