DBS launch new Customer Satisfaction Survey

The survey from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) is intended for customers who have used Disclosure services to obtain a DBS certificate, and/or have contacted DBS Customer Services for support. The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Click here to learn more.

The leaflet provides information on the shingles vaccination such as doses, eligibility and possible side effects. Easy-read leaflets are aimed at eligible adults who have a learning disability and their parents or carers. Click here to access.

CSA Show Us You Care campaign

The Care and Support Alliance has designed a tool that shows campaigners what the state of care is like in their area and directs them to email their MP asking them to take action on care. The email asks MPs to champion social care and write to the PM asking them to publish an urgent plan of action for social care.
