New survey ranks Home Instead as a global leader for employee engagement

Home Instead has been ranked within the top five percent of health and social care companies worldwide in terms of care professional satisfaction.

The scores are from a nationwide survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz. Home Instead’s excellent results ranks it within the top three companies WorkBuzz surveys, out of 450+ businesses nationwide.

All of Home Instead’s 16,000 clients and their families, as well as all 10,000 care professionals, were invited to take part in an anonymous survey. Home Instead received the remarkably high care professional advocacy score of 88, an overall mark showing how supportive an employer it is.

The home care company has improved its score from last year, with impressive results amongst care professionals including:

  • 95% feel motivated to work for Home Instead.
  • 92% feel proud to work for Home Instead.
  • 84% would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work.

A staggering 43 Home Instead offices have been named as ‘5* Employers’, crediting the positive working culture they offer care professionals and supportive leadership.

Home Instead is delighted to have received an impressive client advocacy of 64, a score well above the global benchmark of 50 which is considered exceptional.

The top client survey results include:

  • 96% highly rate Home Instead’s service.
  • 95% would recommend Home Instead.
  • 94% say that their care professional has an excellent understand of their care needs.
