The Homecare Association has responded to The Low Pay Commission’s 2024 consultation which estimated that the National Living Wage would need to increase to £11.89 per hour from April 2025.
The Homecare Association said, as in previous years, that any further increases must be met with much higher investment in social care. The goal is to improve employment conditions and ensure high standards of accessibility, quality, and safety.
