John’s love of golf
John is a much-loved Gardiner’s client. He and Moira have been through a tough time lately as they both cope with John’s dementia and parkinson’s symptoms.
To help with John’s mobility, Gardiner’s Care team member Rene has been assisting John with his exercises.
John was a talented and keen sportsman in his youth. He has a great love of golf and still enjoys practicing his chipping.
As well the exercises, together Rene and John play scrabble, dominos and complete puzzles.
Rene also takes John along to the Bluebell’s Day Centre allowing Moira some time for a well-deserved respite and her own time on the golf course.
