Homecare Managers complete Branch Leadership Programme

Homecare and Supported Living Branch Managers at The Cherish Group gained the opportunity to develop management skills and expertise through the programme.

As part of The Cherish Group’s commitment to investing in leadership excellence to ensure the highest standards of care across our services, the company delivered a Branch Leadership Programme from September 2024 to January 2025 designed to develop the management skills and expertise of our Homecare and Supported Living Branch Managers.

The programme covered key areas essential for effective leadership, including:

Problem-solving & decision-making.
People and performance management.
Advanced systems and data analysis.
Quality management & compliance.
CQC inspection readiness.
EDI, professional boundaries, confidentiality & GDPR.

We are delighted to confirm that seven of our Branch Leaders have completed the programme and are now equipped with more management tools to lead their branches with confidence and excellence.
