Members of the Policy and Corporate Services Team paid a visit to Everycare Hillingdon to hear more about their work.
We met with their Managing Director and Registered Manager, Anu and members of his Team:
- Charlotte, Field Care Supervisor
- Angela, Care Coordinator
- Irene, Office Administrator.
They walked us through their in-house training processes for their staff. We also discussed the new CQC single assessment framework and local issues within the area.
We reiterated the member benefits that are available to them, such as the helpline and resources on our website.
It was a fantastic opportunity for new members of staff to meet with our members. And it was great to hear about how they are focussing on delivering quality care to their community.
