Her melodious voice and zest for life have made her a cherished addition to our team.

  • Sarah Tregear, awarded the Commitment to Learning Dignity Champion title. Sarah’s journey is a testament to her genuine commitment to caring with dignity. Promoted to a trainee managerial role, she combines her growing expertise with an innate kindness that inspires both colleagues and clients.

  • Sarah Jones, our Specialist Dignity Champion and Mental Health Champion, tirelessly advocates for the dignity and well-being of her clients. Her unwavering commitment to promoting respect, kindness, and compassion in caregiving earned her this prestigious recognition.

  • Kayleigh Jones, honored as the Community Dignity Champion. Kayleigh’s dedication to supporting her client with agoraphobia is a shining example of her empathy and commitment. She went above and beyond to understand the condition and provide tailored support, making a profound difference in her client's life.

Sara Bennett, owner and registered manager of Executive Carers, expressed her pride, saying, "We are absolutely delighted for our staff. This recognition is a testament to our brilliant team and the exceptional care they provide. It's a well-deserved acknowledgment not only for our team but for all carers who look after the elderly and vulnerable in our community. Care often gets a bad press, but it is a true vocation, and we need to do more to recognise and reward these wonderful workers. A big thank you to the County Council for organising this event and supporting local commissioned services."
