eVisas: extension on use of Biometric Residence Permits
The Home Office are encouraging everyone who currently holds a Biometric Residence Permit to apply for an eVisa before 31 December. Please ensure that your staff are aware of this change. You can find further details here.
However, in recognition of feedback they received, the Home Office have announced that people returning to the UK before 31 March 2024 will be able to enter the UK with a Biometric Residence Permit or Biometric Residence Card. You can read this announcement here:
