DBS customer survey
The Disclosure and Barring Service have launched an updated customer satisfaction survey. The survey is for customers who have used Disclosure Services to obtain a DBS certificate or have contacted DBS Customer Services. This will support them with improvement and prioritising customer needs.
Please note that this is about the Government Disclosure Service. If customers of the Homecare Association Registered Body DBS service have feedback on the Homecare Association service, we would welcome feedback to: [email protected]
