Care Inspectorate Wales inspection timelines and annual returns

Care Inspectorate Wales will be modifying its notification process so that from 16 December 2022 providers are given a two week window in which an inspection will take place rather than being given notification of a particular date.

Domiciliary care providers will be required to produce Annual Returns, and this exercise will start on 1 April with a deadline of 26 May 2023.
