The Capacity Tracker July 2024 Reporting window closed on 15 July.
On 15 July, we understand the national total for homecare providers was at 79%, which fell short of the monthly target set by DHSC of 90%.
There is statutory guidance on adult social care provider information provisions: data collection which lists in Annex A all Capacity Tracker (CT) reporting window dates up to and including March 2025.

Providers are asked to provide their updates so they are not at risk of receiving a Notice of Intent to issue a financial penalty.
