Bluebird Care recognised as one of Wales' best home care providers

Bluebird Care stood out amongst 391 home care providers throughout Wales and 12,578 across the UK. 

This award is based on the reviews the organisation received from users, their friends and relatives, on the independent review site homecare.co.uk. 

The team at Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire have been commended for their "kind, considerate, empathetic" service, and they are described as 'reliable' by those they care for.  

The team marked their sixth consecutive year in the top 20 with a score of 9.7 out of 10 across six categories: overall experience, staff, care and support, management, dignity, and value for money.  

An estimated one million disabled and older individuals across the UK receive care at home, allowing them to live independently. Such care includes assistance with daily activities such as dressing, washing, preparing meals and administering medication.
