Assist Care Group colleague picks up Clerical Worker Award at the West Sussex Care Awards

The event took place on the evening of 23rd May 2024 at Long Furlong Barn in Worthing, gathering over 100 guests to celebrate the exceptional contributions of those who provide compassionate, high-quality care across West Sussex. Organised by West Sussex Partners in Care, the annual awards spotlight those who have shown outstanding commitment and positively impacted the lives of those they support.

Throughout her career, Danielle’s impact has resonated deeply with both her colleagues and the people she supports. Her compassionate approach, proactive problem-solving, and dedication to supporting individuals have garnered extensive praise. Danielle’s contributions to Assist Care Group are vast and varied, including her exemplary management of the HomeFirst contract, where her initiative and seamless coordination with healthcare partners enabled people to return home safely and regain independence. Her focus on continuity of care earned admiration from families and professionals alike.

Beyond her technical skills, Danielle has been a cornerstone of the Assist Care Group team. She fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere that inspires her colleagues to excel, creating an uplifting work environment that benefits both staff and those we support.
