Ashridge Home Care Triumphs at Buckinghamshire Business Awards, Winning Two Prestigious Awards
Founded in 2016 by Trudi Scrivener, Ashridge Home Care has quickly established itself as a leader in the home care sector, earning an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the Caring category. With over 100 dedicated carers, the company provides 24/7 live-in care and hourly visiting services tailored to the unique needs of clients, including older people and those living with conditions such as Parkinson’s, Dementia, and for rehabilitation care following a hospital stay.

Winning the Excellence in Customer Care category is an impressive achievement. It is a very sought after category with a high standard of entry by many applicants vying for the top spot! As well as a rigorous judging process involving a visit and independent review – there is also a Mystery Shop element to this category. The event took place in October at Aylesbury’s Waterside Theatre, spotlighting the region's finest businesses.
The Excellence in Customer Experience Award, sponsored by Buckinghamshire Building Society, acknowledges businesses that prioritise customer satisfaction and demonstrate continuous improvement in their service delivery. The judges recognised Ashridge's professional yet caring approach, highlighting the company’s strong values and commitment to customer care.
The Community Champions Award, sponsored by Chandler Garvey, highlights businesses that actively contribute to their communities through fundraising and support initiatives. The judges praised Ashridge Home Care for its commitment to breaking down prejudices within the care industry and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
"Community is vital to a person’s well-being, and we strive to maintain strong relationships with local providers and charities," Trudi added. “We run several dementia cafés and partner with organisations like the Chiltern Neuro Centre to create empowering environments for those we provide support to.”
