Legal Due Diligence Information Request Template

Following our webinar in May 2024 on buying or selling a homecare business, Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP have produced a template Legal Due Diligence Information Request for purchasers so they can obtain key financial, legal and commercial information from the seller. 

Sellers can also use the template to gather information about their business that purchasers may request.
